Founder Background

Molly Tunstall

Brimstone Marketing was founded by Molly Tunstall, a creative marketing strategist with a strong grounding in research, visual storytelling and small-business communication.

Molly holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Hospitality Business Management with Marketing from Leeds Beckett University, where her academic work received multiple distinctions and industry recognition.

During her time at Leeds Beckett, Molly was awarded the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Achievement and named the Institute of Travel & Tourism Hospitality Student of the Year, acknowledging exceptional performance across both academic and industry-focused projects.

Her research into the evolving role of AI within hospitality businesses earned the Institute of Hospitality’s Best Student Paper of the Year Award, recognising its value in addressing both the opportunities and operational challenges posed by emerging technologies.

This combination of practical marketing experience and award-winning academic insight shapes the foundations of Brimstone’s work. Molly’s background spans brand development, content production, campaign planning and the creation of structured marketing frameworks designed to help small businesses communicate clearly, stay organised and grow with confidence.
